This double-storey Jamia Masjid stands as a breathtaking fusion of brutalist minimalism and contemporary Islamic design. The monumental facade is highlighted by a grand concrete wall detailed with bold vertical Kufic calligraphy, paired with towering, deep-set pointed arches that create an ethereal entrance experience. Engineered to maximize natural lighting and space functionality, the layout features expansive, column-free prayer halls on both floors, modern ablution infrastructure, and a peaceful spiritual environment elevated by dramatic architectural uplighting.

For a 4,900 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
