Zawiya delivered integrated design solutions for Mr. Mehmood Bajwa’s premium 1-Kanal residence at Plot 80-B, Garden Town. Our scope included fully coordinated Architecture, Interior, Structural, and MEP engineering design services to create a high-end contemporary masterpiece.

For a 4,500 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
