Designed for high-end commercial viability, the efficient layout accommodates a dedicated functional basement, a high-exposure ground floor retail zone, and multiple independent upper levels perfectly tailored for corporate offices or executive suites.

For a 900 SQFT project in 124-A, DHA, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
