The Terracotta Tower

This premium 11-marla multi-storey complex showcases a sophisticated modern eco-industrial facade custom-designed for Mr. Qaiser Nawaz. The striking architectural elevation features raw terracotta brickwork, continuous vertical timber louvers, multi-tier recessed arches, and a lush biophilic roof terrace. Structured across five versatile levels, the design incorporates a prominent basement, high-visibility ground-and-first-floor commercial retail plates, and luxury executive residential apartments occupying the private top floor.

For a 2,400 SQFT project in 72 & 73-DC-III, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
