The Sovereign Palace

This premium 8-marla, double-storey building showcases a grand Roman-Renaissance architecture custom-designed for Mr. Zubair Aslam. The elevation features massive Corinthian columns, triangular pediment window crowns, wrought-iron balustrades, and a symmetrical split-level entrance staircase leading to a semi-basement and raised ground floor. Illuminated by warm contour lighting, this plaza offers column-free layouts optimized for high-end showrooms or corporate offices.

For a 1,600 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
