The Brief
Designed by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Idrees (160-C, Phase 3, Garden Town, Gujranwala), this 10-Marla modern double-storey villa features complete architecture, structure, interior, and MEP services. The facade combines smooth white massing with textured grey travertine porcelain cladding and dark cantilevered frames. The layout includes 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, a drawing room, and a stair lobby.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 160-C, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujrawnala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
