The Perforated Monolith

Designed by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Jamshed at Plot 32-D, Garden Town, Gujranwala, this 10-Marla modern double-storey villa features complete architecture, structure, interior, and MEP services. The facade combines a white box cantilever, custom geometric Jali screen, warm horizontal grooves, and a floor-to-ceiling glass panel. Layout includes 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, a drawing room, and a stair lobby.

For a 2,250 SQFT project in 32/A-D, garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
