This cutting-edge 12-kanal international healthcare complex represents a premier architectural vision engineered for advanced medical care. The masterfully zoned design features striking monochrome geometric blocks, expansive multi-level glass curtain walls, structural solar shading louvers, and dedicated emergency ambulance corridors. Designed with a focus on patient-centric biophilic spaces, the comprehensive layout efficiently accommodates state-of-the-art inpatient wards with independent balconies, extensive outpatient departments, and optimized clinical zones.

For a 54,000 SQFT project in Munich, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
