The Brief
Turnkey 20-Marla twin duplex project (Plots 34 & 35, 10-Marla each) designed and built by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Mazhar Gondal. Scope: architecture, structure, MEP, interiors, site management, and turnkey construction. Features symmetrical neo-classical framing, 3D relief panels, and stone cladding. Each unit has 5 ensuite beds, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, drawing room, store, laundry, powder bath, and separate stair lobby.
For a 4,500 SQFT project in 34 & 35-G, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
Every space was modelled, rendered, and specified so the client could approve with confidence — proof that premium design travels.
