A complete 10-Marla home renovation by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Arshad (211-C, Sialkot Road, Gujranwala). Services included architecture, structure, interior design, and MEP. The modern elevation features diagonal wood-grain paneling, off-white textured stucco, and a dark cantilevered balcony frame. Layout includes 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, a drawing room, and a stair lobby.

For a 2,800 SQFT project in Sialkot Road, near Chandni Pan Shop, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
