Located at House 189-DA, Ajwa City, Gujranwala, this 10-Marla contemporary double-storey residence for Mr. Imran was designed with comprehensive architecture, interior design, and MEP engineering by Zawiya Design & Construction. The facade features dark slate framing, warm wooden-soffit ceilings, linear LED profile lighting, dark veined marble accents, and double-height glazing. The layout incorporates 5 bedrooms, 2 family lounges, 2 kitchens, and a formal drawing room.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 189-DA, Ajwa City, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
