Featuring a bold minimalist elevation with dark geometric box frames, textured concrete finishes, warm vertical wood louvers, and a double-height floor-to-ceiling glass panel, the layout includes 5 bedrooms, 2 family lounges, 2 kitchens, and a formal drawing room.

For a 2,250 SQFT project in 38-D, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
