The modern elevation highlights diagonal groove patterns, a bold dark cantilevered window frame with wood soffits, 3D geometric wall panels, and glass balconies. Layout includes 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, a drawing room, and a stair lobby.

For a 2,250 SQFT project in Sharjah City, Silkot Rd, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
