Scope included complete architecture, interior design, and MEP engineering. The space features mood-lit ambient paneling, custom joinery, and sleek entertainment layouts crafted for exclusive entertaining.
For a 4,500 SQFT project in 16-B, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing. , Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
