The Brief
Located at House 118-G1, Phase 3, Garden Town, this 10-Marla ultra-modern double-storey residence for Mr. John was designed with full architecture, interior design, and MEP engineering by Zawiya Design & Construction. The facade features a striking contrast of warm travertine stone tile cladding, textured geometric stone block paneling, custom metallic brass line inlay work on dark charcoal backdrops, and seamless glass balustrades. The home includes a space-optimized layout with 5 bedrooms, 2 family lounges, 2 kitchens, and a formal drawing room.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 118-G1, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
