The cutting-edge elevation is defined by overlapping diamond-shaped portal frames, textured charcoal accents, sleek marble veins, and a prominent glass entry envelope. Tailored exclusively as a high-end real estate sales center and executive headquarters, the single-floor layout optimizes spatial flow with an open-concept customer lounge, glass executive suites, and an integrated outdoor biophilic waiting deck under modern timber louvers.

For a 3,800 SQFT project in Sheikhupura, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
