The Glass Porta

This 7-marla multi-storey commercial building features a unique postmodern neoclassical fusion facade designed for Mr. Rizwan Ahmad. The elevation combines a monumental stone arch and structured pillars with a sleek reflective glass backdrop. The efficient basement-plus-four-storey layout includes a transparent ground-floor storefront and independent upper levels optimized for corporate offices.

For a 1,575 SQFT project in 90-GC-II, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
