The Geometric Canvas

Designed by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Zeeshan Zargar at Plot 211-C, Phase 3, Garden town Gujranwala phase 3, this 10-Marla modern villa features full architecture, structure, interior design, and MEP services. The facade combines geometric grooved porcelain panels, textured stack-stone walling, angular concrete cantilevers, and dark louver accents. The floor plan includes 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, a drawing room, and a stair lobby.

For a 2,250 SQFT project in 211-C, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
