This premium 6-marla, double-storey commercial plaza showcases an exquisite Baroque-inspired neoclassical elevation custom-designed for Mr. Atif. The facade features striking symmetrical arches, intricate wrought-iron filigree balconies, detailed plaster reliefs, and an integrated split-level grand entry staircase. Built for luxury retail, upscale corporate offices, or premium boutique salons, the dual-level layout offers exceptional curb appeal and a highly functional split floor plan that includes a semi-basement entry level.

For a 1,350 SQFT project in Kangniwala, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
