The facade features striking symmetrical arches, intricate wrought-iron filigree balconies, detailed plaster reliefs, and an integrated split-level grand entry staircase. Built for luxury retail, upscale corporate offices, or premium boutique salons, the dual-level layout offers exceptional curb appeal and a highly functional split floor plan that includes a semi-basement entry level.

For a 1,350 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
