Our scope delivered complete architecture, MEP engineering, and sleek interior design. The estate features custom modern bedrooms, drawing room, formal dining, gourmet kitchen, home gym, dedicated office, and spacious living lounges tailored for luxury living.

For a 9,000 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
