The Brief
Designed by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Khurram at Plot 270-C, Phase 3, Garden Town, Gujranwala, this 10-Marla modern double-storey villa features complete architecture, structure, interior design, and MEP services. The elevation combines dark vertical fluted/louvered paneling on the ground level, beige stacked stone cladding above, a floating white canopy, and vertical LED strip lights. Layout includes 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, a drawing room, and a stair lobby.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 270-C, Phase 3, Garden Twon Housing, Gujrawala., Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
