A sunlit double-height living lounge designed by Zawiya Design & Construction for a 2-Kanal residence. Featuring textured wall art, warm beige low-profile seating, brass-accented coffee tables, rich leather ottomans, and tall indoor greenery for a seamless blend of grand scale and organic warmth.

For a 620 SQFT project in Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
