This 4-kanal, 3-storey commercial complex features a symmetric modern block design with warm profile lighting and geometric lattice screens. Built for Mr. Zafar Iqbal, the multi-purpose layout combines high-visibility ground-floor retail showrooms with dedicated upper floors for a premium marriage hall and restaurant.

For a 18,000 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
