This premium 10-marla double-storey corner residence showcases majestic Spanish Revival and Neo-Classical architecture custom-designed for Mr. Farhan Iqbal. The sprawling dual-frontage elevation features elegant arched balconies, intricate plaster pilasters, and a matching lit boundary wall. Providing a comprehensive structural and design solution, Zawiya Design & Construction delivered complete architecture, interior design, structural engineering, and advanced MEP services.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
