Fabricated across a dual-plot footprint, the corporate elevation features a bold red-brick framework, linear glass storefronts, cascading horizontal green planters, and a striking wooden louver screen on the top floor. Engineered for high-end corporate use, the spacious layout accommodates flexible open-plan commercial floors perfectly tailored for technology hubs, retail showrooms, or corporate headquarters.
For a 3,150 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
