The Clubroom – Malik Tariq Residence

Located in the basement of a grand 2-Kanal modern villa at Plot 282-283, Sutlej Block, DC Colony, this high-end Snooker Lounge was designed for Malik Tariq by Zawiya Design & Construction. Built as a sophisticated entertainment space, it features warm wood-toned flooring, architectural ceiling baffles, linear LED accent lights, and custom contemporary art installations. It is the perfect fusion of leisure and upscale, modern design.

For a 9,000 SQFT project in 282 & 283, Satluj Block, DC Colony, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
