This premium 12-marla, 3-storey commercial building showcases a bold industrial minimalist design engineered for Mr. Nasir. The sleek elevation features matte-finished charcoal cladding panels, a grand triple-height glass storefront, and an iconic vertical neon corporate sign. Optimizing space for a high-end dual lifestyle concept, the layout positions a vibrant, high-ceiling casual dining restaurant on the ground floor, while the first and second floors are dedicated to an expansive, well-lit premium fitness gymnasium.

For a 2,700 SQFT project in Satellite Town, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
