Designed by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Javed at Plot 104, Block C1, Phase 3, Wapda Town, Gujranwala. Scope: architecture, interior design, and MEP. The modern elevation features bold dark charcoal framing, vertical timber louvers, integrated vertical strip lights, and large glass glazing. Layout includes 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, drawing room, and stair lobby.

For a 2,250 SQFT project in 104-C1, Wapda Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
