The Bajwa Monolith

Designed by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Mehmood Bajwa near JDIHS, Jinnah Road, Gujranwala, this 10-Marla modern double-storey villa features complete architecture, structure, interior design, and MEP services. The facade combines diagonal linear grooves on concrete plaster, stacked stone walling, vertical grey panels, and a double-height floor-to-ceiling glass window. Layout includes 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, a drawing room, and a stair lobby.

For a 2,800 SQFT project in Jinnah Road, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
