The Brief
Occupying the second and third floors of a commercial building in Satellite Town, this modern 1,400 sq. ft. per floor IT office is designed by Zawiya Design & Construction. Our team provided complete interior design and MEP services. The workspace features an industrial-chic biophilic theme, combining exposed concrete textures and sleek linear lighting with green moss walls to create an inspiring environment for tech professionals.
For a 3,200 SQFT project in Satellite Town, Gujranwlaa , Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
