Transforming an older house into a sleek contemporary statement, our team provided architecture design, interior planning, and MEP services. The updated facade features rich wooden fluted paneling, vertical louvers, textured concrete slabs, linear LED illumination, and a refined 5-bed layout.

For a 2,250 SQFT project in 257-C2, Wapda Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
