The Brief
Located at House 53-G1, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, this 10-Marla contemporary double-storey residence for Dr. Salma was designed with full architecture, interior design, and MEP engineering by Zawiya Design & Construction. The facade features striking geometric grey frame overhangs, warm diagonal wooden paneling, light marble tile cladding, dynamic ceiling cutouts with pendant lights, and modern glass balustrades. The home incorporates a space-optimized layout with 5 bedrooms, 2 family lounges, 2 kitchens, and a formal drawing room.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 53-G1, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
