This premium 4-storey commercial building showcases a bold contemporary brutalist facade custom-engineered for Mr. Basil. The striking architectural elevation is defined by a rhythmic sequence of staggered, deeply textured concrete fins paired with warm bronze-accented window frames and integrated biophilic planters. Built for high-end retail and executive use in a prime corporate sector, the efficient layout includes a prominent, high-clearance ground floor storefront and multiple flexible upper levels optimized for upscale office suites.

For a 900 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
