Designed for Mr. Asif’s factory office, this premium executive lounge by Zawiya Design & Construction is a masterclass in modern corporate hospitality. Our team provided complete interior design and MEP services to transform an industrial corporate space into an upscale, comfortable retreat. The design features a sophisticated earthy-rose and neutral palette, sleek fluted paneling, organic curved furniture, and custom architectural lighting that redefines factory office design.

For a 2,600 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
