This premium 12-marla, 3-storey commercial plaza showcases a grand Roman Neoclassical architecture custom-designed for Mr. Imtiaz Sharif. The breathtaking facade is defined by towering fluted Corinthian pillars, multi-level arched bronze-tinted glass curtain walls, and an ornate classical roof crown. Engineered to maximize commercial value, the layout offers a high-clearance symmetrical ground floor for premium retail branding and versatile, column-free upper levels optimized for upscale executive offices or banking halls.

For a 2,700 SQFT project in Ali Pur Chatha, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
