Located in C-Block, Master City, this 7-Marla double-storey neoclassical residence is designed by Zawiya Design & Construction. Our team provided dedicated architectural design services for this project. Combining grand arched window frames, classical columns, and warm architectural lighting, the home features a space-optimized layout with 5 bedrooms, 2 family lounges, a kitchen, and a formal drawing room.

For a 1,575 SQFT project in Master City, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
