Designed for corporate prestige, the efficient layout includes an open basement, a high-exposure ground floor retail showroom, and independent upper floors optimized for premium offices.

For a 1,350 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
