A double-storey estate on a 4-kanal plot, split between 2 kanal of modern covered area and a 2-kanal lawn, with large glass facades linking house and landscape, delivered turnkey by Zawiya from design to construction.

For a 18,000 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
