Spanning a massive 6-kanal area, this landmark institutional renovation redefines the District Council Auditorium into a world-class civic space. The revamped interior showcases a powerful contemporary aesthetic, featuring soaring vertical acoustic columns, premium timber wall cladding, custom sound-dampening textured ceilings, and integrated minimalist warm linear strip lights. Engineered for executive municipal assemblies and high-profile public events, the dual-tier layout accommodates an expansive ground floor plenary seating arrangement alongside a modern mezzanine gallery for maximum capacity and crystal-clear acoustics.
For a 27,000 SQFT project in Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
