Designed for Mr. Jawaid Naeem’s beautiful "Austin House" in the USA, this interior design project by Zawiya Design & Construction is a masterclass in modern transitional luxury. The design highlights a grand, double-height living room featuring an imposing vertical fireplace feature wall, floor-to-ceiling grid windows, and an elegant mezzanine balcony overlook. Carrying a cohesive theme of warm neutrals, natural wood accents, and clean geometric lines, this space perfectly bridges high-end architectural grandeur with comfortable, everyday living.

For a 7,800 SQFT project in Atlanta, GA, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
