A modern transitional interior for Mr. Jawaid Naeem's Austin House in the USA, centred on a double-height living room with a vertical fireplace wall, grid windows, a mezzanine overlook, warm neutrals and natural wood.
For a 7,800 SQFT project in Atlanta, GA, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
