Atrium 16-B

Designed by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Jalees Meer (Plot 16-B, Phase 3, Garden Town, Gujranwala). Scope: architecture, interior design, and MEP for a 1-Kanal home. Features a double-height living lounge with vertical wall paneling, full-height glazing, and custom feature lighting, connecting to a subterranean drawing/dining suite.

For a 4,500 SQFT project in 16-B, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
