Located near Dadurji, Sialkot, this 10-Marla residence for Mr. Arslan is a modern elevation renovation project by Zawiya Design & Construction. Transforming an older structure into a sleek contemporary statement, our team delivered complete architectural remodeling, interior design, and MEP engineering. The dynamic new facade features dark charcoal framing, warm vertical wood louvers, linear LED profile lighting, and a refined 5-bedroom layout.

For a 2,800 SQFT project in Daburji, Sialkot, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
