Designed by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Umair Arshad (House 492-A, Ajwa City), these 5 luxury en-suite washrooms in a 1-Kanal residence feature warm beige travertine porcelain tiles, floating timber vanities, a sculptural freestanding bathtub, framed glass partitions, LED-backlit mirrors, and modern ring chandeliers.

For a 4,500 SQFT project in 492-A, Ajwa City, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
