This 15-Marla classic residence at Plot 49, Miraj City, Daska, was constructed by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Numan. The villa features grand Corinthian double-height columns, intricate boundary wall motif relief panels, classic balustrade roof parapets, dark Spanish roof tiling, and a wrought-iron main gate.

For this project in Daska, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
