This 10-Marla double-storey modern home at Plot 260-G2 was constructed to grey structure stage by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Numan Hamza, featuring bold angular facade geometry, custom metal screens, and precision plasterwork.

For a 2,250 SQFT project in 260-G2, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
