Located at House 229-G1, Phase 3, Garden Town, this 10-Marla residence for Mr. Shehreyar was completed with architectural design, interior design, and MEP services by Zawiya Design & Construction. Featuring a neoclassical facade with ornate arches, carved balustrades, wrought-iron balconies, and artistic wall mosaic motifs, the layout includes 5 bedrooms, 2 family lounges, 2 kitchens, and a formal drawing room.
For a 2,250 SQFT project in 229-G1, Phase 3, Garden Town Housing, Gujranwala., Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.
Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
