Constructed to the grey structure stage by Zawiya Design & Construction for Mr. Kashif, this Basement + 4 storey commercial building is situated at Plot 20, Block D, Garden Town Phase 3, showcasing robust structural engineering and commercial-grade concrete framing.

For a 1,200 SQFT project in 20-D, Phase 3, Garden Town Hosuing, Gujranwala, Zawiya delivered a complete design package — from spatial planning through to material specification and documentation.

Working with the project team, our studio coordinated all disciplines through a shared BIM model, resolving details to a buildable standard. The result: a premium environment delivered to international documentation standards.
